• Carry out outbound marketing process
  • Do follow up and manage the flow of prospect and lead from outbound and inbound channels
  • Do interview and carry out the discovery process to find out target account needs, do follow up and negotiation to close the deal
  • Meet sales target
  • Collaborate with the team to list prospects and create strategies needed to find business opportunity
  • Collaborate with the team to create proposal that meets the clients’ needs and business
  • Manage, monitor and report activities and results
  • Have a positive attitude and energetic
  • Have basic sales skill (handling clients, making the appointment, writing proposal, negotiating and closing deals)
  • Have basic knowledge of business process and organizational structure in enterprise business
  • Have personal values that are aligned with GITS values
  • Experienced with sales tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, Docs, Slide and Spreadsheet
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as professional sales
  • Fluent in written and spoken english
